Frequently asked questions

What does my plan price actually pay for?
Storage. Every feature, including chat overlay rendering and the auto highlight finder, is included on every plan. Pick the plan that fits the volume of VoDs you want to keep online.
What happens when I run out of storage?
Imports pause. You either delete old VoDs and clips from the Clips page, or upgrade. Existing files keep working in the editor.
How is bandwidth counted?
Inbound bandwidth is consumed when Voding fetches your VoD from Twitch. Outbound bandwidth is consumed when you stream or download from S3. Both are tracked via CloudTrail and Athena and are part of your monthly allowance.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe portal. You retain access until the end of the paid period and your data is held for a grace window after that.
Is there a free way to try Voding first?
Yes. The free chat overlay renderer lets you render up to 10 3 minute overlays per day from any public Twitch VoD without a paid plan.
