You pay for the plan. Your editors get full editor access under it, with no separate subscription of their own.

Invite an editor by email from your settings. They accept, and they are in.

Storage, ingest, download, and render usage from every editor counts against your plan, so you always see the full picture in one place.

When you upgrade or downgrade, every editor follows your plan automatically.

Remove an editor at any time. An editor can leave on their own. Their work stays on their own account, never deleted.

Manage your editors

Invite your editor from Settings the same way you'd add any other seat: by email. Once they accept, they have full editor access under your subscription, no separate account for you to hand credentials to, no separate login for them to juggle.

Your editor opens the VoD and works the chat activity graph, filtering down to the spikes and pre-cutting clip drafts around the moments chat reacted to. You can open that same VoD from your own account any time you want to check in on the moments they flagged. Neither of you downloads anything to do it.

There's no built-in approval step or comment thread yet, if a clip needs a change you say so the same way you already talk to your editor. What editor seats give you is the access: one subscription, one shared quota, and a VoD you can both open at once.
